fdny mdt questions

i have a few questions about the system. i did the INFAMOUS "google" and clicked for alil and stumbled onto rr.com and found that somebody had the program that was able to receive the UHF frequencies and transfer them into the text form just like on a 911 ambulance. i dont the person's user name, i was assuming that they would be on the NY forum. i believe it was someting like mdt mon 1.6.1 or something. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks
