Question PUTNAM SHERIFF or PUTNAM 911 ???

The Putnam Sheriff operates on 4 different frequencies--two on the east side of the county and two on the west side. In the R/R database, two of the frequencies are called "Putnam Sheriff Dispatch", and the other two are called "Putnam 911". I hear the same people on all 4 frequencies. What is the difference in usage of the two services ???

Channels 14 and 17 are the dispatch channels direct from the Sheriff Department. I can't confirm it, but 156.030 MIGHT be Channel 16, which would broadcast both the SO and Putnam 911.

153.9125 PL 107.2 Sheriff Dispatch (Ch 14)
155.5875 PL 110.9 Sheriff Dispatch (Ch 17)
155.9850 PL 107.2 Putnam 911 (Ch 1)
156.0300 PL 103.5(?) Putnam 911 (Ch 16)

That's why I published it that way in the database, because of the information I received. I was figuring that "Putnam 911" was the MRD channel that dispatched the sheriff patrols, NYSp and village patrols. If that's incorrect would someone please let me know.
