Has anyone noticed that no control channel has been decoded last 2 days and the voice channel has beeps and dead keys when scanning? Maybe they are updating or changing frequencies?

yes, i also have noticed it. the system might be on failsafe mode or something like that.

FailSoft you would have Open Carriers [CSQ] on each of the Voice Repeaters with a Period Beep to alert the User to the FailSoft [Failure of the Software] Mode
