Buying a Bearcat in Suffolk County

Where can I Buy a Bearcat in Suffolk County NY Uniden gave a List where to buy from but all they sell are Uniden Phones. I was hoping to buy locally because I don't Trust Buying Electronics Online.

unfortunately scanner/radio dealers are becoming extinct here on the island as well as many other locales among the nation. Gem electronics in farmingdale sold exclusively bearcat and could order any radio you want,BUT of course they went out of business stating people are not interested in radio anymore????!!! i guess i am an alien or something cause I prefer radio to tv/internet surfing ANYTIME!!!

Radio Shack and Wall mart are really the only ones on the island. Your better off online with nerds.net Buy.com offers like 30 bucks off a purchase if you get there credit card.
