NYPD & FDNY - FM or NFM for Audio Setting

I have just finished programming all of the new 6.25KHz. channels into my Uniden BCD396XT scanner and I was wondering what everyone was using as their audio setting. According to their FCC license data, they are both 20KHz. & 12.5KHz. bandwidth, but then I read somewhere else that both agencies have just centered their channels at the 6.25KHz. mark in order to make future transitions easier.

The question is, what mode should I setup for both the NYPD and FDNY UHF frequencies, FM or NFM???

Use NFM for all of the NYPD and FDNY frequencies.
