Does anyone know what frequencies Starrett City security uses?

The FCC database & Cityfreq shows a frequency listed to Starrett City as being 472.2375 MHz under the callsign WIL911, I've seen on another website years ago that they had two frequencies, one for security & one for maintenance, if I can find it, I'll forward to you.

I just found that site for the security frequency:

It shows Starrett City Security as 478.1625 MHz with a ctcss of 162.2

I checked the FCC database & nothing is displaying any info under that frequency however check it out anyway as the FCC frequency database is notorious for innacuracies. Happy hunting.
