does anyone have the frequencies for SPAC in saratoga, ny?
SPAC in Saratoga, NY frequencies

I believe they are still:
154.5150 and 159.6900
not sure of CTCSS or DCS is used, also not sure which each one is used for.
Also try the New York State Park Police frequencies:
155.8200 PL 123.0
151.3550 PL 82.5
159.270 PL 123.0
They patrol that place heavily, especially during major concerts.
Anyone please correct me if I am wrong.

MB....is 155.820 active still ? I can't hear that from my location in Northville. 159.270 is loud and clear here.
I hear traffic on 155.820 occasionally

I've heard Parks Police (Saratoga - Capital region) car to car traffic on this channel from time to time. It's also the same frequency as Columbia County Sheriff's Dispatch, but they use a CTCSS of 146.2 Hz.
Another odd one, from the past as well...

That frequency was my old fire department's fireground channel (Alburgh VT). One day while we were using it, a Sgt. with the NYS Parks Police (1000 Islands Region) popped up and asked us why we were on their statewide car to car channel. We calmly explained the situation and he understood, because he had never heard anyone else in the past on that channel. I don't know if it's an 'official' statewide channel for them or if it was something used in the 1000 Islands Region.

I can only confirm 155.820 and 154.515 as being active LAST year. Haven't been up there this year. I have been known to bug my friends by bringing my scanner with me to concerts there. Of course, as soon as we see a cop go racing by the picnic area with their lights on, everyone wants to know what's going on! I USED to enjoy going up a little early and having an adult bevvie or 2 before a show but LOOK OUT now, as the PD are enforcing with a vengeance the open container/no alcohol allowed rule. I will plug in these other freqs. and see what I hear. The 155.820 freq. is used at Thacher Park and also at Grafton Lakes/Cherry Plains State parks.

The usual suspect frequencies are active, as listed above, especially 151.355. I saw a ton of UHF portables used by the staff, parking, live nation etc. no ideas on the frequency. I was up a couple of weeks ago for DMB and Kings of Leon. In case anyone was wondering the Open Container policy was enforced as it has been every other year, bring a opaque cup.

155.820 carrier squelch. State Pk Operations (civilians)
Note 151.355 is in fact Pk Police frequency but is only used as repeater input.
Scan 270, 820 and the UHF SPAC freqs and you will be all set.
