I currently stream NYPD all of Manhattan from new jersey..all precincts come in clear but with the SOD and Citywide they are a bit low and have some noise...everything i read says that the staten island SOD and citywide are an exact simulcast of the Manhattan one.. I currently have:
Manhattan SOD 470.8375 136.5 and Citywide 470.6875 100.0
the counter parts are SI citywide 482.6625 100.0 and SI SOD 482.4875 136.5
do they broadcast the same???

Yes it is a "simulcast". The proper term is multicast. Simulcast means multiple transmitters on the same frequency transmitting a message. Multicast is multiple transmitters on different frequencies transmitting the same message. If you stream the SI SOD it is the same as the manhattan one. You don't have to broadcast SOD though, I already stream it myself.
