Im writing this today because for the first time I heard a city police dispatcher tell all units to go to channel 1 repeater, now living in this city I've known all the city freqs for a long time. This appears to be new, perhaps rebanded or digital but I cant find a thing on the gre pro 92.

What freq. did you hear this on?
In past trips this year to Plattsburgh I have logged Plattsburgh PD as usual on 155.790, but I have also heard Plattsburgh PD units using a repeater on 159.210 as well, typically it was during special events.
155.790 was also a repeater. I forgot to add that in.
