Syracuse public safety

It appears that Onondaga county has turned off their EDACS system and has gone all P25 including Syracuse fire, and County EMS + fire. Also, Onondaga County Sheriff Department seems to longer use their assigned VHF frequencies and now has gone to P25 also. If I am correct, could anyone that frequents radio-reference in Onondaga county and/or Syracuse corroborate my observation???
