Nycomco & psr310

I just got the PSR310 and it's agreat radio, Programing with ARC-310 and I have used other versions of this software before. I am having issues programing NYCOMCO site, I put in Schunnemunk LCN channels and numerous talk groups. I get the scanner to stop on the talkgroup and the AFS ID and agency names appears, 3 bars on signal but no audio. It will hold on the them as if it is receiving but I still get no audio. I'm in Greenwood Lake, have the talkgroups set to this only NYCOMCO site programmed in the radio. Can anyone tell me what I'm missing ? Thanks in advance

Do you have another scanner available that you can compare reception with? Also have you tried monitoring the five frequencies for that site in plain old FM mode to get a sense of how well you're receiving them?
