Nassau EDACS LCN Change

The frequencies for LCN 15 and LCN 16 have been swapped. LCN 15 is now 851.625MHz and LCN 16 is now 852.150MHz. Old Westbury PD is on LCN 15 and can be heard. LCN 16 is handling general traffic. I have yet to see any traffic on LCN 17.
