NYPD InterOp Freq's Question

Hi All,

I am programming my new conventional scanner and came across the NYPD's Interoperabilty frequencies.

Somehow I remember that they were no longer using those freq's for IO and were being used for another purpose, either within the NYPD or for another user.

Can anyone shed some light on this for me?
