when you click on the callsigns for the different precincts of manhattan they show all the different tower locations. Every precinct shows a tower location just south of central park. Is there a central tower that retransmits all precinct traffic on different freqs, or is this not really a location?? just wondering for scanning reasons im trying to scan from midtown down with a uni directional antenna and the north to south swing back and forth is hard to pinpoint
