How often do they do radio upgrades.

Bc I have all the freq of the 800 MHz for the Suffolk PD. And there is almost a 4 sec delay in all the transmitt.

Why is this??

What do you mean radio upgrades? As in rebanding? Or as placing new radios into service?

And regarding the delay, are you talking about the delay in receiving a transmission? Shouldn't be like that either way...
