454.6375 in WNY

Is anyone else hearing activity on 454.6375? It is fairly frequent and you should hear something within a few minutes of monitoring.

I'm guessing the location is Niagara Falls, NY by the sounds of some of the comm's I've heard. Checking the FCC database yielded no results. The units calling in are in the 570's and it "sounds" like a medical or ambulance related service.

The freq. may be part of an LTR system as there is the unmistakable, timely "key ups" after the freq is idle.

I believe that frequency is being used under one of the market share licenses that was bought years back when the FCC was auctioning them. The license WPVW671 is licensed to Saia Communications. The associated frequency range for that license is 454.6375-454.6625. I would assume that they just added that frequency to their wide area trunking system
