Well one of the freqs (769.85625) comes back to Ontario County

The FCC applications indicate that the use of these frequencies is temporary and also they are asking for
"slow growth" status so any actual operation is likely to be in the future and possibly on different frequencies.

Use of permanent frequencies is tied up with Canada and digital TV conversion.

The "south cell" has a control channel on 769.25625. It was a just a carrier this morning; there's data there now. The '396XT identifies it as site 2101. No talkgroups yet.
