Default Greene / Ulster Tow agencies

Hi folks, I'm trying to find frequencies for Greene / Ulster County Tow agencies. Here's what I know so far...

1) AAA Hudson Valley serves Albany County, the Villages of Waterford and Stillwater, the City of Mechanicville in Saratoga County and all of Rensselaer, Greene and Columbia Counties. They have an ACTIVE FCC License Call Sign KES964 and operate on 150.935, 150.965, 451.500, 456.500. I also found them here Guzzo Communications Trunking System, Helderburg Mountain, New York - Scanner Frequencies.

2) AAA New York (Formerly Automobile Club of New York) serves Long Island, in the five boroughs of New York City, and in Westchester, Rockland, Sullivan, Ulster, Dutchess, Orange, Putnam, Chenango, Delaware, Otsego, Schoharie and Herkimer counties, and parts of Lewis, Madison and Oneida counties. They have a CANCLED FCC License Call Sign KRF295 7/5/2011 that was due to expire 10/2/2015 operating on 150.905. All other Licenses found were TERMINATED 9/30/2011 and earlier or CANCELED 7/18/01 and earlier.

3) I have not found any info on local tow agency frequencies.

A lot of these guys operate on business trunked systems. It's less hassle for them to rent the radios rather than have to maintain their own systems. Historically you'd find a lot of them on Goosetown's (Repeater Network) UHF LTR Passport system or NYCOMCO's UHF LTR system, but both companies have started migrating users over to their new UHF MOTOTRBO Connect Plus systems. There were also quite a few talkgroups for towing companies on NYCOMCO's 800 EDACS system, which may or may not still be active.

Here are a few of the systems these guys may be operating on. This is not a complete list, as all of the LTR and LTR Passport sites were never fully mapped out and may contain outdated, inaccurate or incomplete LCN info, and as I stated in my last post, are being slowly phased out in favor of the MOTOTRBO systems.

The following systems are standard LTR systems, which are monitorable with most trunk tracking scanners:

NYCOMCO LTR (Ellenville Mountain) Trunking System, Ellenville, New York - Scanner Frequencies

NYCOMCO LTR (Illinois Mountain) Trunking System, Illinois Mountain, New York - Scanner Frequencies

NYCOMCO LTR (Liberty) Trunking System, Liberty, New York - Scanner Frequencies

The following system is EDACS, which is also monitorable with most trunk tracking scanners:

NYCOMCO EDACS (Dutchess, Orange, Ulster Public Safety) Trunking System, Various, New York - Scanner Frequencies

The following systems is LTR Passport, which cannot be properly tracked with any scanner:

Repeater Network (Beacon LTR) Trunking System, Beacon, New York - Scanner Frequencies

The following systems are MOTOTRBO, which is not monitorable with any scanner:

NYCOMCO MOTOTRBO Trunking System, Various, New York - Scanner Frequencies

OneVoice Network Trunking System, Various, Multi-State - Scanner Frequencies
