Question Staten Island frequency question

Hi
Does FDNY EMS speak to the hospitals on SI when en route with a patient on their normal dispatch frequency or do they use a Medcom frequency like down here? My daughter wants to monitor EMS and is near RUMC. Would you know the frequencies? Thanks in advance.

They call via medical control (aka: Hospital Note) on the DOITT system.

Unlike most areas of the country, FDNY EMS units do not contact the hospital via radio to let them know they are inbound with a patient, they pretty much just show up at the hospital. For high priority patients (shootings, stabbings, multi trauma, cardiac arrest, statep, heart attack, stroke, etc.) units will contact the notifications dispatcher on the DOITT UHF trunked system talkgroup 5360, give the dispatcher the pertinent information on the patient and what hospital they are going to, and the notifications dispatcher will call the hospital to notify them of the incoming high priority patient.

Does that talk group handle all notifications city wide, or just Brooklyn and Staten Island?
