Rensco MultiNet change?

My equipment can no longer track the Rensselaer County fire/EMS/highway trunked system. Everything sounds the same on a conventional scanner, but LTRTrunk does not recognize the subaudible data any more. All I get now is WantCTS.

I retested the hardware and software on plain LTR and it is still working.

Did Rensselaer County change to some other flavor of LTR that LTRTrunker cannot decode?

BTW, if somebody has LTRAnalyzer v3, I would appreciate a copy. TIA.
