This is a 4 year old thread. You should ask in the NY forum, where you would stand a better chance for some help. However, did you also download all the talk groups as well as the system freq's? Of course, the other option is that you assigned a system quick key, and somehow disabled it, or locked it out. Does it show that it is scanning the NYCOMCO EDACS?
