Default White Plains DPW

The White Plains Department of Public Works has 225 units on

460.22500
460.50000
465.22500
465.50000

There is frequent traffic on these frequencies that seems to be digital.

The frequencies were registered on 08/09/2012 and although the registrant is the City of White Plains, the contact is
GILLESPIE, PRUDHON & ASSOCIATES INC
LAYNE BURGESS
PO Box 520
16111 SE 106TH AVENUE, STE. 100
CLACKAMAS, OR 97015

Does anyone know what type of system this is?

The Department of Public Safety recently switched to a P25 system, but these transmissions do not seem to be P25.

Default White Plains DPW

It's its not P25. Then it's either Mototrbo or Kenwood NXDN or Icoms IDAS and from what I understand Kenwood DMR is compatible with icom's Idas

They're just a license form preparer with a name that sounds like a lawyer's office. They charge to fill out the paperwork and the frequency coordinators do all of the real the work. It's a niche business that can sustain some people.

I've added the system to the database. If anyone cares to monitor it with DMR-Decode and DSD and can submit more detailed info or talkgroups, go for it.
