Amtrak in Rensselaer, NY (across from Albany) is using CTCSS on at least two of its channels.
The tone is 146.2 Hz and is being encoded on the Station frequency 160.815 and the Turbo Shops frequency 160.455. I do not know about the Maintenance channel because I have not heard it used yet.
