OGS equipment operators (snow removal, lawn mowing, etc.) use a repeater on 453.875/127.3 in the Albany area.
I have also noted LTR blips on this frequency. LTRTrunker tells me that the repeater is identifying as 0000, having channels 0x0003 and 0x0010. OGS has no other channels licensed. It has also logged a couple of talkgroup IDs.
The only other entity licensed for the frequency is the City of Schenectady, and they don't have another base frequency on their license, either.
(I have not submitted this info to the DB yet because my Premium membership expired a few days ago and I can't do a search to see what's already there. I'll renew when I get a chance, but I don't want to do it from work.)
