Default Rockland Co UHF TRS

What is the state of the TRS with call sign: WQDK886? It's not listed on the county page of the data base. It has frequencies from 470.4500 to 471.3750 and several locations arround the county. Is it in operation or has the 700 Mhz Phase II system put it to rest.

The only freq that is in use is 470.800mhz for the simulcast dispatch/operations. The rest will be returned to the frequency pool.
