I don't know exactly what the digital radios on the Albany DGS trunked system (CC2F) are used for. Some of them have lengthy "conversations" while others just seem to broadcast now and then. I have also seen I-calls on the system from them.
One of the radios has its Emergency button activated. It has been that way for several days.
