Buffalo- niagara airport trunking question

Looking to program my gre psr 600 >for following trunking at airport
has anyone programed this edacs ,standard format into a psr 600 scanner?
Looking for control channel , nothing in red , 11 control channels ,
01-851.53750 primary ?
02-851.96250 secondary control channel?

It really does not matter to the programming which channels are control channels. You must program them ALL in the proper order (LCN) to track an EDACS system.
