NYSP Middletown

For some reason, Troop F middletown does not come in clear on my BC346XTC. I have tried the att. with a little improvement. The frequency is 155.535 and i have 110.9 as the PL programmed. i hear monroe and liberty just fine. I live in Middletown. Any suggestions to clear it up?

It could be they were using a different remote base station. Most troops have a choice between two or three remote base stations, depending on which one the voter system picks. It could have been that.

Middletown uses the MDT's a lot.....i hear them at the most northern end of the troop when there looking for a car that hasn't "checked in" and doing radio checks.....you might need a outside antenna
