Ontario County psr500

Hi all,
Is anyone using a GRE PSR500 to listen to Ontario Counties system.
I have downloaded the system from RR and only get partial reception in Canandaigua.
Are there any suggested digital or other parameters I should use?

That's definitely the right site, so we can rule out that variable. I listen to Ontario North on my 536HP and 396XT from Victor and it comes in full strength. Canandaigua is dead center of that site's range, so it should be good.

When you say "partial reception", what do you mean?

It's almost like the a squelch setting is too tight.
I wonder if there is a setting in the advanced properties.
I am using the ARC500 programming software

Could it be simulcast distortion? (since Ontario North is actually 6 simulcast sites)

Don't think so, I've listened on a uniden with no problem.
Do you have a PSR500?
