I have come across these active frequencies that could be coming out of the Military Base In Niagara Falls NY, I am not sure who is on these frequencies. I submit them so other people can now start listening to them and see if they can figure out who they belong to.

I believe they have a eight channel system, search around 380-390 MHz for all the frequencies. Most likely everything is encrypted.

Even if the system is encrypted, the SysID, NAC and WACN will be in the clear. It's worth gathering the info anyway.
