Been hearing continuous tone-outs today


Just heard Deer park dispatch a call on this freq.

Anyone else hearing this?

The Holtsville activation freq (shared with Holbrook), the patch might have just been left open by radio error or by radio repair doing work (Holbrook's Dispatch is being redone). It opens up when a certain DTMF sequence is done, and allows activations on 46.46 to be heard over 460.3125. If it remains open, anybody on 46.46 will be heard.

It was continuous tone outs, with no voice. Over and over. I finally locked it out. Maybe it was testing..
