NYPD Transit Frequency

Anyone know what frequency the NYPD's Transit District 3 is using these days? That's the district covering the Uptown Manhattan IND (A, B, C, &D) and IRT Broadway/Lenox (1, 2, & 3) lines. I've been listening to all of the Transit Bureau frequencies listed for Manhattan and Bronx but I haven't heard TD 3.

You need to monitor the transit UHF channels. The Transit Bureau is in the process of switching over to UHF from VHF. Bronx transit/uptown Manhattan districts 3, 11 and 12 is on 482.86250 DPL 047.

Are the Transit Authority Operation frequencies for Subways switching in the future also or just law enforcement?
