i'm not sure where to find the sirt and tbta on the 436. i tried railroads for sirt put it seems on;y to cover the big railroads.

SIR PD only is listed in the DB on the METRO 25 trunked system, no rail freqs listed.
TBTA has two UHF conventional freqs listed with no clear use under the MTA state areawide page.
Seems like the rail stuff for both isn't very well listed right now so you might have to sniff for it rather than just find it from the database in the scanner.
