A recent license modification for the five NYSBA bridges has them changing frequencies at all locations, as well as adding DMR emissions. Stands to reason that they've switched from LTR to DMR.

Transmitters are low power, so like the LTR system you'll have to be pretty close by to pick anything up.

Frequencies for each site as follows:

Rip Van Winkle Bridge (Greene-Columbia)
461.5875
462.500

Kingston-Rhinecliff Bridge (Ulster-Dutchess)
462.200
463.350

Mid-Hudson Bridge (Ulster-Dutchess)
461.775
463.775

Newburgh-Beacon Bridge (Orange-Dutchess)
461.5875
463.4375

Bear Mountain Bridge (Orange-Westchester)
461.200
461.625

Has anyone been able to verify that any of these bridges are now using MotoTRBO/DMR instead of LTR?

LTR is vanishing nowadays. Most local LTR business systems have transitioned to some form of LTR.

The nearest bridge to me is Rip Van Winkle but I can't receive it from home. Maybe I'll take a ride after this snowstorm is cleaned up.

I have heard DMR activity on the frequencies listed for the Newburgh Beacon Bridge. I've seen XPR2500's mounted in their trucks.
