Default Montgomery County Frequency 155.220

Hello fellow scanners. I was just wondering if anyone could help me out with the frequency 155.220 MHZ in Montgomery County. A lot of Ambulance action is heard on 155.160 MHZ 103.5 PL such as Ambulance dispatch for GAVAC, Rural Metro & Mid County ambulances. The frequency of 155.220 MHZ is also listed as a countywide EMS frequency however I have never heard any communications on this frequency for Montgomery County, I have heard other EMS communications on this frequency for counties connected to Montgomery County but never for Montgomery County. My question is does anyone know if the frequency 155.220 is indeed in use for Montgomery County New York.
