Default Livery Cab Service

I recently "close-called" a Livery Car transmitting on 469.100 MHz. According to the database, a company called Riverside Radio dispatch has an input on the same frequency with an output on 464.100 MHz. Does anyone know if this Riverside radio dispatch company is a Livery Car service? Just curious. Also, if anyone has more active Livery Black Car Service frequencies that are used, please feel free to post them here. Thanks.

Ben
