Found this application http://wireless2.fcc.gov/UlsApp/ApplicationSearch/applMain.jsp?applID=4246735 on the FCC's website for the new Ritz Carlton hotel in downtown White Plains. Eight channel UHF trunked system.

FYI.
actually its a 4 channel system. there are 4 FB2 frequencies with an ERP of 100 watts for location #1. Location #2 are the portables with 8 frequencies but they are the input and output frequencies. Location #3 is the control station which are the input only frequencies.

Yeah, I missed that as I looked at the application. Correct me if I am wrong, but the 11K0F3E emission dessignation means it will be analog?

Just curious about the location . I used to work in Westchester Co.and White Plains area until 2000 when I retired.

Sorry for duplicate post. the reply screen was still up,so I sent it. Hope the buildings all have parking. White Plains must be as conjested as NYC.

If I remember correctly the hotel was on Post Rd (rte22) between the hospital and Mamaroneck Ave.

The Ritz Carleton is a 40 story combination Hotel and Apartment complex, this is the website http://www.cappelli-inc.com/developments/renaissancesquare.shtml for it. This is located across from the North end of Mamaroneck Avenue between Main Street and Hamilton Avenue near Church Street.
Across the street is the City Center/One City Place, a combination Apartment complex and Shopping Mall, this is their website http://www.cappelli-inc.com/developments/citycenter.shtml#, and City Center's twin Trump Tower at City Center http://www.cappelli-inc.com/developments/trumptower.shtml. The later two are 35 story's each. This complex is at Mamaroneck Avenue between Main Street and Martine Avenue.
