"...arrest and prosecution for free speech..." is misleading and entirely false! What the man said was "that may be construed as a violation of state or federal law" is the truth, however that's a tough nut to crack. It seems to me he's blowing smoke up viewers' behinds trying to be big and bad but showing himself a fool.

WHAT A LOAD OF HOGWASH! Batman, the Caped Crusader of Gotham City well known as New York. Sandy Hook is the name of the high school and not on the map, just south of New York Harbor jutting out into Raritan Bay is the point of land known as Sandy Hook. Now guess which one he was pointing to. As for Aurora, it's such a common name mom had an Aurora vacuum cleaner sold by Sears, in the movie it could be anything.
