Link is from C/M PD website. I was setting my ARC996 for my trip to NC this week and came across this.

With a reorganization, there could likely be some TG changes as groups within the dept get shuffled around.

Interesting reading.
Haven't seen any radio changes as of yet.
May not see much in the way of TG's, may be more of a change to the way TG's are patched.
Patching has become alot more prevalent on this TRS over the last year or so.
