I found this page on your website and copied them into my frequency database and entered them into my computer. I don't hear anything on them. I may have put something in wrong because I entered all of them in the FM Mode.
I see on this page:
Mob: it has some numbers on some frequencies:
Pag: mostly has 0's and some with 50 and some with 250:
Code: some with MO, FB, FX1, SVC, FB6, FB6C, FB8C...and more
then there's Svc:
Svc: has IK, IG, YG, & GI.

I don't know what these are, can someone assist?

Thanks for the opportunity to post and thanks to all help us novices out.

Hey, we'll try to help, which area or frequencies are you trying to program?

Also, the letter abbreviations state what the FCC classifies that the radio system is being used for and how it's set up. Those letters generally have very little to do with how you're going to program your scanner.

That was a link on rr.com under database. I selected North Carolina, Richmond County, FCC licenses, Reports and selected the second one.
Then you will see the Mob, Pag, Code, Svc.

Hope this helps.
