Default CB Radio Charlotte, NC

I just got an old tube type Citizens Band radio up and running and would like to find some local chat in the Charlotte, NC area.

If anyone has info on time and frequency of regular group chat, please let me know.

Two antennas met on a rooftop--, The wedding was O.K., but the reception was great!

Dear James Bond,

Thanks for asking. I actually have a couple of old rigs which are 100%. One is a Browning Mark II (early model) which just came back from the tech with new caps, tubes, crystals, switches, the works. The other is a 1011C which is in pristine condition - not modified for transmit on 11 meters. So essentially that limits me to the lower 23; and listening anywhere.

During the mid 1970s I had a pair of Yaesu Twins that I ran on 11 meters. These old tube types remind me of that era and are mostly for my personal satisfaction.
