Help with Uniden BCT8 scanner

I have a Uniden BCT8 scanner and I need help getting my trunking going again. I do not know what I did to my scanner but it is not picking up the trunking. I can not find my owner's manuel anywhere. I have done it before but have forgotten the steps to get trunking. Any help with this would be much appreciated!
