Default Craven County and Cherry Point MCAS

Are the frequencies here on RR current for both?
TIA,

Larry-
You know you are always welcome here
I apologize as I thought I had already replied to your post.
I guess my senile old brain was on vacation again.
Anyway, the database was current as of last fall when I
visited that area to test out a radio. I will let someone else
chime in if they have any major updates or corrections but
I believe the database is good.
By all means though please let me know if you come across
anything different!
Happy Monitoring

I can vouch for EMS still using 154.400 / 162.2 for dispatch ... heard a couple of their calls over the weekend while monitoring at home, via tropo.

Smile Thanks All

Marshall, Jeff, thanks. Nobody answered in the milair sticky, and was just wondering if the NC forum was alive) My son will be stationed at Cherry Point later this fall. Of course, my wife and I will be going to see him. Just wanted to get a head start on building a file ready to monitor when visiting the area.
Larry

Will either of you be a Shelby?

I should be, if I'm off work that Saturday. Someone mentioned to me that Sunday was quiet at the new site last year.

I always wear a Red Cross blood donor t-shirt when I go to a hamfest. It's not a tradition - I literally have 100s of them.

There's alot of walking on wet grass for the first couple of hours ... until the sun dries things out. Wear appropriate footwear.
