Default Guilford County, Out of Band

I'm trying to program my BCD396XT for Guilford County Trunked system but I get an Out of Band error with 844.0750 thru 848.8000.

Thumbs up

Welcome to RR.com!
You can disregard the 844Mhz Freqs. I have deleted them from the database. They were not part of the GSO licensed system and I am not sure how they ended up in the database in the first place. And for the 396xt all you should need to program in are the red & blue control channel frequencies:
860.7625Mhz
859.7625Mhz
856.4875Mhz
855.9625Mhz
Just program those 4 freqs in and you should be ok.
Happy Monitoring!

Ah thanks, I've been punching in every frequency when I program a site, good to know I only need to do the control channels.

Yep, that is one of the great things about the 396xt/996xt. You only have to enter the CCs. I see you are in Raleigh. For Wake County Comms (VIPER) all you have to enter is 868.7875Mhz and 868.5625Mhz for the CCs.
Let me know if you have any Wake County 800Mhz Questions!
Happy Monitoring
