York Co. P25

Anyone in the Charlotte area ever have any luck at all trying to scan the York Co. SC P25 system? My GRE 600 will scan and stop on the TGRPs but I am not getting any audio at all out of them or sometimes I will only get a sylable or two and thats about it. I know that some tgrps are encrypted but I think I should be getting most of the tgrps okay...Any input? This post to the SC forums produced nothing so far...
