can anyone tell me who this is. hearing aircraft calling flat rock.

Default Flat Rock

There is a VOR west of Richmond VA named Flat Rock. I believe it is a navigational fix for flights from the Southeast going northbound towards either the DC or New York areas.

location is eastern NC.
Freq, not sure i was not near the radio but it was on mil-air (uhf-am)

I remember the nc nat guard used to have a callsign of flatrock.
