Default EMD Codes

I know alot of counties in the North Carolina area are going to EMD codes such as 12D2 or 6C2 something of that nature. I have the copy of the codes but I dont have all of them. Such as the addtional lettering for example. 28C1L or like 12D2E. If someone could help me that would be great! Thanks

Draf posted a good link just keep in mind that there can be a little variance in what each code means depending on where you are at.

Yeah I should have posted, that is just the training cards that EMD dispatchers are sometimes trained with. Some agencies use variations and as always YMMV.
