Smile 150.700 tone 114.8...... again

150.7 is active again, but.... it was repeating 163.300 (USCG Air station Elizabeth City).
I went to CG Training Center Yorktown the first of Oct but did not hear one "pep" on this freq.
Not as strong as the last time I reported.

The repeater was also repeating USCG Charleston notams late yesterday afternoon regarding a restricted area off-shore. I'm presuming the original announcements were being made on marine channel 16.
