Control as in constant data or blips every ten seconds or every twotwo seconds?
There used to be several LTR systems scattered around town. Most went to PassPort which although it is analog, it can't effectively be tracked by a scanner. TRBO is taking over a lot now days. There is a small low power multisite ConnectPlus system up there, but that's on VHF.

I am gonna go out on a limb and say you are trying to map out
this system:
WQFQ600 (HAYWOOD ELECTRIC MEMBERSHIP CORPORATION) FCC Callsign Details?
Going on the assumption that the system above is a standard LTR system and
not a Passport or Multinet system. If it is either a Passport or Multinet system then you
are out of luck.
If it is an LTR Standard system (which can be monitored) then you need to map out the LCN order.
There are ways to do this.
If you have a Uniden XT scanner and have Windows you can use
Eric Carlson's "LTRLogger" program to help you map out LCNs:
LTRLogger
If you have a Uniden HomePatrol with the extreme upgrade you can map out the LCNs
on the scanner itself using the EDACS/LTR system analyzer.
Those are the easy ways to do this.
If you have to do it "long hand" the "old school" way the RR Wiki gives details on
how to work on this:
Mapping an LTR System - The RadioReference Wiki
Part of the fun of the hobby is mapping out complex systems.
Let's hope this system is an LTR standard system for your sake
Happy Monitoring
