I went to the PNC Arena (formerly RBC Ceter) the other night and it seems their radio system is either trunked or encrypted now. Anyone know or know how to find out? Other than asking them directly, of course.

Their Emission Designator (11K2F3E) Suggests that they are still using analog voice (2.5 kHz deviation FM "narrowband 12.5 kHz" analog voice (FMN mode in RRDB - may also be 11K0 and 11K3 bandwidth). But I will reach out to some folks and see what I can find out. Considering it has been over a decade since I first compiled the above accurate list of frequencies it would not surprise me if the Canes communications have been upgraded.
Let me see what I can find out.
